Tender Description
This Request for Offer has been prepared for the purpose of engaging a suitably qualified and experienced provider to supply and install a generator and ATS sized to suit the pumps at the nominated Sewer Pump Station SPS5005 at Creek Street Hastings Point. The scope of work includes supply of any required slabs, security fencing, shelter/enclosure.

The Request for Offer and subsequent Contractor engagement process will be conducted in accordance with the Local Government (General) Act 1993 and Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 as well as the Tweed Shire Council Procurement Protocol v1.7.1.
