⁠⁠⁠This tender is for the disposal of property by way of a lease in accordance with the requirements of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

The subject properties are two x 2 bedroom donga’s and two x 3 bedroom houses. The properties are located as follows:
Unit 1, 24 Downing Street (LOT 501) One x 2 bedroom donga;
Unit 2, 24 Downing Street (LOT 501) One x 2 bedroom donga;
31 Wellman Road (LOT 285) One x 3 bedroom house; and
6 Darcy Street (LOT 162) One x 3 bedroom house.

All properties are available for viewing by appointment.

The lease will be monthly.
