The work associated with this Contract comprises the repair and replacement of existing ventilation and air conditioning systems, together with necessary building works to provide a complete operating system. The Mechanical Contractor (the Subcontractor) shall carry out all works necessary to provide a complete, safe and reliable installation.

Responders may request provision of floor plans by completing the Confidentiality Deed provided with the tender documentation and returning it via email to Procurement@justice.qld.gov.au.
