Important! This notice is only to advise that the closing date for FCMU2015.16-007 - Community Grant Application Package aimed at Tackling Adversity in Regional Drought and Disaster communities through integrating Health Services (TARDDiHS) has been extended to Tuesday 10th May 2016.
No additional funding has been released. For detailed information regarding the Grant (including eligibility criteria), please refer to the attached Community Grant Application Package.
Applications may be submitted using the Department’s online system, APET 360Pro™ (preferred method, web address https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/Login.aspx) OR via the Community Services Funding Branch’s mailbox. The 360Pro™ Procurement Portal is a third party provided online portal that the Department of Health has selected to use for various social services procurement activities. 360Pro™ is able to be accessed using Internet Explorer 9+, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. Offerors do not pay to use 360Pro™, register on behalf of your organisation, log in and begin compiling a Response, generically referred to in 360Pro as a ‘Job’ under Job Management.
