Tender Description
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Remediation of the external façade, in particular brickwork and concrete lintels at Block D at the Hunter TAFE - Newcastle Campus.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at Block D of Hunter TAFE, Newcastle Campus, , 266 Maitland Road, Tighes Hill NSW 2297 at 10:30 am on Tuesday 03 May 2016. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
