Marrickville Council invites tenders from suitably qualified Security Contractors to provide Security Surveillance, Patrols and Services to Council Owned facilities.  

This Tender comprises confidential information in relation to Council Sites and Properties Security Services. Therefore all Tenderers are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement to receive a copy of the full Tender as well as all the Attachments.

This Tender has various items redacted due to their Confidentiality and this information will only be supplied once the Confidentiality Agreement is completed. Completed Confidentiality Agreements are to be sent to: procurement@marrickville.nsw.gov.au .

There will be a mandatory Pre-Tender site briefing. Tenderers MUST attend and familiarise themselves with the project.

Tenderers are required to confirm attendance at the pre tender briefing.
The Pre-Tender briefing will take place on Wednesday 11th May 2016 from 2:30pm -3:30pm at Marrickville Council admin building’s function room which is located at 2-14 Fisher Street, Petersham, NSW, 2049 (see Section 4.19)

A maximum of two people from each organisation are to attend. Attendance to be confirmed  2 days prior to the Pre-Tender briefing by emailing procurement@marrickville.nsw.gov.au

All Tenders must be submitted no later than the closing date of 2pm  Wednesday 18th May 2016.
