The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City") invites quotations from experienced organisations for the supply and installation of car parking access control equipment for the Ian Thorpe Aquatic and Fitness Centre in accordance with this request for quotation.

The Ian Thorpe Aquatic and Fitness Centre (ITAC) is housed in a distinctive wave-form building, and was named in honour of five times Gold Medal winning champion Ian Thorpe. The centre offers a range of health and aquatic programs and services to cater for the diverse ages, interests and abilities of its surrounding communities.

Services include swimming lessons, personal training, group fitness, recreational swimming, squad training and school programs. Presently ITAC has access control equipment in place, installed in 2008 which no longer meets the facility requirements and often breaks down. The City would like to purchase new equipment in order to improve the customer experience of its members and provide greater reporting capability providing opportunity to analyse car parking occupancy in more detail.

Quotations close at 11AM AEST on 17 May 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
