Tender Description
The Town of Cambridge wishes to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experience Property and Building Maintenance Contractors to provide Building Maintenance and Repair Services (excluding Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical works) to the Town’s assets.
The full scope of services for the Building Maintenance and Repair Services is as stated in the RFT 15-16 and includes the provision of Preventive Maintenance, Unplanned Breakdown Maintenance, Help Desk Facility, After Hours Services, Maintenance coverage and Minor New Works.
