Chillagoe Industrial Estate - Sale of 11 Lots

⁠⁠⁠Being Lots 38, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48 fronting Pont Street and Lots 6, 17, 18 and 19 fronting Zillmanton Road

The Mareeba Shire Council hereby invites tenders for the purchase of eleven (11) allotments in the Chillagoe Industrial Estate, which is located on Smelter Road (off the Burke Developmental Road) at Chillagoe.

Obtaining Documentation: The tender documentation may be obtained by contacting Council’s Tenders and Contracts Officer, Maree Lopez on (07) 4086 4692 or email MareeL@msc.qld.gov.au.

Changes: Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 relating to changes to Tenders may be applied.

Lodgement of Tenders: Tenders must be lodged in the Tender Box at the Mareeba Shire Council Administration Centre at 65 Rankin Street, Mareeba by the Closing Time.

Closing Time: The Closing Time for lodgement of Tenders is 11.00am on Tuesday 17 May 2016.

Tenders will be opened publicly.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
