Tender Description
The objective of this work (consultancy) is to assist Councils and NetWaste establish a clearer understanding of the waste being delivered to the range of waste facilities across the regions with regard to both volume and composition. It would also be beneficial to gain an understanding of the level of patronage at the sites, particularly those that are unsupervised with general unrestricted access.
The intended outcomes are providing Councils with a more accurate indication of the waste disposal practices in their communities and the ability to utilise this information for more accurate reporting processes and establishing meaningful waste reduction and service targets.
A project brief has been provided as a PDF attachment.
Consultants are required to submit the mandatory quotation forms as contained in Appendix A.
Proposals shall be submitted by email to projects@netwaste.org.au before 5:00pm 20 May 2016.
The subject line of the email shall read "Proposal: Waste Facility Data Capture: NetWaste Councils" and the proposal shall be a PDF attachment with the Consultant's name or business name contained within the title of the PDF.
Questions regarding the project brief need to be addressed to Samuel Swain NetWaste Projects Coordinator in writing to allow consideration by the NetWaste Project Team and responses issued as appropriate.
