Tender Description
The Tenderer is invited to submit a tender for the construction of a new Cell, Stage 5, at Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility.
The scope includes material supply and delivery, construction, testing, reporting of 'work as executed' and quality assurance information, stormwater control and commissioning of the works.
Construction of Stage 5 is subject to approval of an Environmental Auditor appointed by the Principal on behalf of the Northern Territory Environmental Protection Agency (NT EPA). The Tenderer shall allow within its rates and schedule for inspections, review of information and approval of each element of construction by the Environmental Auditor and his appointed representatives.
Compulsory Site Visit. The Tenderer is required to acquaint himself with all conditions relating to the Tender and to inspect the site prior to submitting his Tender.
Tenderers are required to inspect the site by appointment during business hours between 27 April 2016 and 6th May 2016 (inclusive).
