This is for a best practice customer and stakeholder survey development, collection methodologies and data analysis consultancy.
0Primary Care Gold Coast (trading as Gold Coast Primary Health Network) (GCPHN) is seeking responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) from appropriately skilled and qualified individuals or companies, who can commence no later than the 1st of June 2016.
GCPHN requires an expert review of its customer/consumer and stakeholder surveys and advice and recommendations on enhancements required to ensure the organisation has a consistent suite of best practice customer/consumer and stakeholder surveys that can be efficiently administered, analysed and enable longitudinal benchmarking and comparison to monitor organisational performance and inform business development.
