Production and Issue of Rates Notices

⁠⁠⁠The City of Belmont (“Principal”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake the production and issue of rates notices as detailed in the attached specification. The contract period is for two (2) years commencing on 1 June 2016 with the option of a two (2) year extension at the sole discretion of the Principal.

A price adjustment based on the annual CPI (All Groups Perth) to the March quarter preceding the contract extension date will be applied to any extension term.
