The Principal is seeking tenders from licensed and experienced contractors for front end loader hire services to supplement the Principal's resources in the delivery of its capital works program.

The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts:
(a) Separable Part A: Dry hire of front end loaders for use by the Principal; and
(b) Separable Part B: Wet hire of front end loaders.

Tenderers may place a submission for Part A and/or Part B. The Principal reserves the right to accept Part A and/or Part B. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional upon the acceptance of both Separable Parts.
