Sea Freight and Fuel Supply Tender - Preferred Supplier Arrangement

⁠⁠⁠TSIRC invites suitably qualified and experienced Sea Freight and Fuel Supply provides to submit a Tender to enter into a Preferred Supplier Arrangement with TSIRC for the supply of sea Freight and Fuel goods and/or service to TSIRC.

Tenders are to be sealed in an envelope and marked “Private and Confidential and hand-delivered (between 9am and 5pm business days) to TSRIC by 5.00pm on Tuesday 26 April 2016:
