Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified professionals with expertise in architecture, landscape architecture or urban design to become members of its Design Review Panel The Panel will be established under SEPP 65 and undertake the assessment of development proposals in accordance with the SEP 65 and Apartment Design Guide criteria.
Eligibility for the panel will be based on qualifications and experience. Panel members must not live in or undertake work in the Council area that may conflict with their role on the panel.
Membership and establishment of the panel will be based upon the criteria outlined in Part 5B of the Apartment Design Guide.
