Invitation to Tender No. ITT 5/2016.
Security Services for Major Events and Celebrations.
Tenders are invited for the security services for major events and celebrations:
* Provide security staff and management or Parramatta Council's major events and celebrations.
* Provide security management plans and crowd control plans.
* Provide consultation to Council to enable better decision making during planning.
* Provide in depth post event reporting and feedback.
The Tender is a Schedule of Rates Contract.
The period of the tender is for three (3) years with an option of two (2) one (1) year extensions. Continuance of the tender for the initial and subsequent periods will be reliant on ongoing reliability and satisfactory performance which will be subject to quarterly review.
