Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2:00 pm Tuesday 4 May 2016 from experienced contractors to carry out works at Campsie Library, 14-28 Amy Street NSW 2194.

The work will include fit-out works relating to new flooring, new entry, demolition of existing amenities, new accessible toilet, new library spaces, refurbishment of main library area, small concierge desk, update of furniture and fixtures, demolition and construction of plasterboard and glazed walls, text graphics, signage and other works in conjunction to the main contract.

Contractors will be required to have experience in this type of construction works and demonstrate financial and management capability.

Request for Tender documents will be available free of charge at www.tendersonline.com.au/canterbury or for a non refundable fee of $55 (GST inclusive) from our Customer Services Centre located on the ground floor of our Administration Centre, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie.

Envelopes containing tenders are to be endorsed "Contract - Campsie Library Refurbishment" and must be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Administration Centre, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie.

The onus rests with the tenderer or their representative to ensure that the tender is placed in the Tender Box by the due time.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
