Tender Description
Council requires a suitably qualified organisation to undertake concrete new and reconstruction works including kerb and gutter reconstruction, footpath reconstruction, drainage services and new footpath works.
The programs are required to have:
* 20% completion by the end of September 2016
* 45% completion by the end of November 2016
* 70% completion by the end of February 2017
* 100% completion by the end of May 2017
The percentage of work complete will be determined by the metres of concrete works completed as a percentage of the total zone.
The programs have been divided into four zones. Tenderers may tender for one or more zones.
Council intends to appoint a panel of providers as a result of this Tender.
