Tender Description
The City of Belmont (“Lessor”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced lessee for the property at 415 Acton Avenue, Kewdale for a term of five years.
Quotations in accordance with the quotation documentation shall be lodged in the Tender Box situated in the Civic Centre of the City of Belmont, 215 Wright Street, Cloverdale before the closing time.
Quotation Closing Time: Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 2pm (WST).
