EOI - Post Office Residence & Stables Hosie's Store and Pines Cottage Hill End Historic Site - Lease Opportunity

⁠⁠⁠The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease several historic buildings within the Hill End Historic site. Proponents may continue the current or previous uses or may propose alternative uses for the properties. An initial five year lease with a five year option is being offered. The properties being offered under this Expression of Interest (EoI) are:
* Post Office Residence & Stables
* Hosie’s Store
* Pines Cottage

All properties are offered in their current condition[1]. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of building, services and upgrades required of all the properties for offer in this EoI.
