The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably qualified building contractors for the construction of the Caversham Community Centre, at Lot 1270 Suffolk Street, Caversham, Western Australia.
Works must reach Practical Completion within forty (40) weeks after the date of the letter of award, followed by a fifty-two (52) week defects liability period.
