Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders from experienced consultants, the consultancy services required are to be awarded in Separable Parts:
Separable Part A: Place Making and Activation
Separable Part B: Landscape Architecture
Separable Part C: Arts and Culture
Separable Part D: Lighting Design
The Contract will be awarded in Separable Parts. Tenderers may place a submission for each Separable Part. The Principal reserves the right to accept each Separable Part. The Principal will not consider offers which are conditional to the acceptance of any Separable Parts.
The Contract shall be in force from the date of award for thirty six (36) months. With an option to extend the Contracts for a further period of twenty four (24) months at the end of the initial period.
