Tweed Shire Council is seeking a single Provider to supply its hot mix asphalt (asphaltic concrete) and cold mix asphalt requirements for Council’s routine road maintenance operations.

This Contract involves the supply and load of bulk quantities of hot and cold mix asphalt from the supplier’s batching plant. Due to the nature of the requirement, the Provider’s batching plant will be required to be located in sufficient proximity to the Tweed Shire to facilitate an efficient supply process for Council’s daily operations.

The materials to be supplied under this Contract are to be in accordance with the nominated Queensland and NSW specifications for asphalt. Full details of the requirement are found in Part 6 of the RFO Document - Technical Specification.
