EOI - Roto House Kiosk - Lease Opportunity

⁠⁠⁠The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease the kiosk facility within the Roto House Historic Site, in Port Macquarie - or propose an alternative use for the facility. An initial 3 year term with a 2 year option is being offered.

The internal floor space is approximately 45m2 and includes a recently modified kitchen wing. A further 143m2 timber deck to the south of the house and part of the verandah of the house is also available for non-exclusive use.

The premises are offered in their current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of building, services and facilities of the property/site.
