SSROC is acting as an agent for its member Councils seeking Expressions of Interest for the supply of energy saving and renewable energy products, services and related information for each of the participating Council's communities.

Those expressing interest are required to: demonstrate their capacity; financial and technical capability for delivering products and services, in part or in full.

SSROC welcomes submissions from potential collaborations or partnerships to deliver products and services.

SSROC encourages innovative ideas, models and practices in expressions of interest.
