Tender Description
MPREC requires a revaluation of its operational land and buildings for asset valuation purposes.
The valuation will be used for the preparation of MPREC's financial report for the year ending 30 June 2016. MPREC also requires insurance valuations for the building assets listed.
The valuation is to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) 13 "Fair Value" and AASB 116 "Property, Plant & Equipment".
The effective date of the valuations is to be 30 June 2016.
