Great Lakes Council (GLC) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified Consultants to carry out an analysis of its building portfolio.

Council has an extensive building assets network with an estimated replacement value of approximately $114million. The network comprises 231 buildings which are located throughout the council area.

Whilst Council has established an overall condition assessment of each building, as part of improving its asset management practices Council wishes to obtain a more extensive condition assessment of its building network.

The detailed condition assessment may be undertaken on a staged basis based on building priority as determined jointly by Council and the selected consultant.
