⁠⁠⁠Marketing and Sale of Land within the Mareeba Industrial Park

Mareeba Shire Council is seeking submissions from commercial brokers for the marketing and sale of serviced industrial sites in the Mareeba Industrial Park for an initial period of six months. It seeks to engage an expert commercial broker to achieve professional industrial land marketing, within Far North Queensland and the wider Australian area.

Lodgement of Submissions: Expressions of Interest must be lodged in the Tender Box at the Mareeba Shire Council Administration Centre at 65 Rankin Street, Mareeba by the Closing Time (emailed submissions are not acceptable).

Closing Time: The Closing Time for lodgement of Expressions of Interest is 11.00 am on Thursday 28 April 2016.

Submissions will not be opened publicly.
