The Department of Housing and Public Works has released this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a value-for-money and high quality Specialist Homelessness Services support and asset and tenancy manager, to fulfil the department's commitments to local community housing needs in the Gladstone Local Area Government (LGA) and Maranoa LGA from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2018.
