Kirwan SHS - Chilled Water Air Conditioning Upgrade and Installation - Stage 3

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for construction works located at Kirwan State High School.

Submissions from Principal Contractors are being sought for the installation of new Chilled Water Air Conditioning systems in the Mathematics, Science and Communications buildings.

Experience with projects on live school sites and with chilled water reticulation systems is required. Non price criteria is required to be addressed as part of tender submission.

The project will be procured under a Traditional AS 2124 contract with special conditions.

Tender documents will be released by Ridgemill Project Management to eligible Contractors with a minimum PQC 2 rating and Quality Assurance policy. Eligible contractors must be eligible to work in PQC Northern Region (Townsville) with an office required in PQC Far North, North and/or Mackay regions.

Contractors interested in tendering are to send a request email with their PQC certificate and QA policy included to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.

Submissions close on Thursday 21 April, 2016 at 2:00PM at Decipha - 2 Duncan Street, West End QLD 4101.

A mandatory tenderers site inspection has been scheduled for thsi project and will be advised to eligible tenderers in due course.
