Tender Description
Deliver an embedded leadership development program that has our people connected and aligned to our strategic plan. This will include but not be limited to equipping leaders:
* With new insights on their own performance and behaviors
* To fundamentally challenge what high performance really means
* With new ways at looking at old problems
* With advanced communication skills
* With the ability to leads teams that deliver breakthrough performance.
In addition the program will ensure that our leaders:-
* Are aligned to a future that is clear, consequential and compelling
* Have embedded innovative ways of operating which create new value for customers and stakeholders
* Bring new insights to leadership and problem solving
* Deliver transformational change which amplifies the success of customers, stakeholders and our business
* Have built enduring capability in our leaders so they are equipped to continually exceed expectations.
It is anticipated that the program will be delivered in three specific stages:
* Stage 1 - Engage exec leadership
* Stage 2 - Engage senior leadership
* Stage 3 – Develop programme for handover, continuation, momentum
