The Amrun Project site will require a Marine Construction Fleet to support the day to day handling of construction material. This will entail, but not be limited to unloading and loading of cargo from break bulk vessels, heavy lift vessels (HLVs), and onshore load out facilities. The requirement is to supply a number of tugs and vessels with sufficient deck space for smaller deliveries, and barges for larger deliveries.

The Contractors scope of work shall include:
* Barge movements as required to support project construction work.

Barge handling, and final positioning of barges; using vessels, barge winches and anchor systems.
* Transport of cargo to/from worksites; using vessels, barges and vessel deck cranes.
* Transport of and bunkering of fuel and water to marine construction plant.
* Transport of sewage and waste from marine construction plant to disposal point.
* Tug assistance for jack up barge (JUB) movements.
* Dogging/rigging works when loading/unloading cargo, using boats and barges.
* Transhipment operations.
* Personnel transfers.
* Diving support work as required.
* Anchor handling operations.
* Mooring maintenance.
* Support HLV when on site.
* Transport and bunkering of water to marine construction plant.
* Provide daily movement records for cargo deliverables.
* Provision of all labour, tools, and equipment required to carry out the above (including but not limited to supervision, consumables, certification services, maintenance services, safety equipment i.e. fire extinguishers, gas detectors, task specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), general PPE and all other safety instruments.)
