The Southern Ports Authority (SPA) invites Proposals from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of existing fire hydrant supply line/s under Berth 1 and the fire hydrants along the underside seaward edge of berth 1 at Port of Esperance (the Service) on the terms of this Request for Proposal.
