Tender Description
Council is seeking the services of an experienced caravan park manager to enter into an agreement to manage Bells Caravan Park at Clontarf. For management of the Caravan Park, the caravan park manager is required to:
* Undertake general administration responsibilities (including banking and general cash handling);
* Undertake booking transactions using Council’s reservation management system;
* Provide a high quality of customer service to all patrons of the Caravan Park;
* Perform incidental tasks associated with management and operation of the Caravan Park;
* Attend to maintenance of the grounds (including gardens), amenities, facilities and assets and buildings of the Caravan Park (excludes major repairs, structural or other); and
* Undertake cleaning of all sites, amenities, facilities, assets and buildings of the Caravan Park.
