Tender Description
The Works comprise the construction of four single storey buildings comprising;
* Canteen including covered Dining and Covered Activity Area, Verandahs
* Preschool including covered Verandahs and Covered Activity Space
* FaFT (Family as First Teachers) including covered Verandahs
* Lower School General Learning Areas (GLAs) including staff and student Toilets, covered Verandah and Activity Area.
* Covered entry statement between the Canteen and the FaFT buildings.
* All associated building services – internal and external.
* Reroofing and repainting of two existing shade structures located in the SE corner of the site
* All associated Civil works
* Landscaping including new fabric shade structure and the integration of local indigenous art.
* SITE OF WORKS
The site of the Works is at the Ramingining School site located at Lot 131 Lewangu Drive Ramingining NT.
Where work is required to be carried out in easements or on land adjacent to the site for the purpose of connecting services or joining up of roads etc. Ensure that the appropriate licences and approvals are obtained for work in those particular areas.
