Tender Description
The Derby Renal Hostel will provide accommodation for renal patients accessing renal dialysis or renal support services at the renal dialysis facility in town.
The new Hostel will provide the following:
* Accommodation facilities to support patients requiring accommodation whilst accessing renal dialysis and associated services;
* A welcoming and non-clinical setting which provides an optimal living environment for patients receiving ongoing treatment; and
* A safe, secure and culturally appropriate Hostel environment.
This project is funded by the Commonwealth and managed by the Housing Authority and WA Country Health Services (WACHS).
The works are:
* 1x New Amenity Building
* 6x new accommodation buildings creating 13 Sole Occupancy Units and service provisions for 2x future accommodation buildings.
* 1x new caretaker’s building
* Carparking, paving, fencing and associated site works
* New water main extension of approx. 39 meters
