Tender Description
Demolition and building works at Red Bend Catholic College in Forbes.
The extent of new works includes, but may not be restricted to the following:
1. Demolition of existing buildings (Block D and J), internal walls, fittings, fixtures, surfaces finishes, stage, sections of external walls etc. as indicated on the drawings.
2. Raise existing toilet block walls.
3. Conversion of existing Block E Hall into new library.
4. Renovations and upgrade of existing Toilet block.
5. New verandahs, steps, ramps and paved areas fencing and gates.
