Tender Description
Tenderers are invited to submit a lump sum tender price for the design and construction of up to three (3) spec dwellings for inclusion in Stage 6 HillClose estate.
EDQ house designs have been included in the tender as product to price on lot 448. Builders are required to submit prices for their own designs on lots 446 and 447.
EDQ retains the right to select one of the successful tenderer’s own designs (from lot 446 and 447) to build on lot 448 in place of the EDQ designs.
