Tender Description
Council is seeking by way of invited tender, to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Master Planning consultant to undertake a peer review of technical studies and precinct planning documents associated with the proposed rezoning of land within South Dural.
It is anticipated that the peer review would inform the submission of an updated precinct plan by the Lead Master Planning consultant.
