Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors and/or companies for the demolition and removal of an existing amenities and picnic pavilion and the construction of a Conservatory building, toilets and hard stand for food trucks at Cabarita Park, Cabarita.

Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $110.00 (including GST) and interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal to download and access the documents.

A pre-Tender meeting will be held on site at 10 am on Wednesday 30 March 2015 at Cabarita Park, adjacent to existing amenities and picnic pavilion in the park.

Submissions close 19 April 2016 at 2pm. Late tenders will not be accepted.
