Haulage of Compacted Waste Trailers

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Waste Services (a subsidiary of Kingborough Council) invites tenders from suitably experienced and equipped companies to haul compacted waste trailers from Barretta Waste Transfer Station, Barretta, Tasmania 7054 to Copping Waste Disposal Facility, Copping, Tasmania 7174 and to provide associated services at Barretta Waste Transfer Station. Associated services include maintenance of tri-axle semi-trailers and provision of a yard truck.

Closing Time: 2.00 pm Friday 15th April 2016.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10.30 on Wednesday 30th March 2016 at Barretta Waste Management Facility, 1922 Channel Highway, Barretta, Tasmania 7054. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see link below). Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see link below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again. Tenders not fully uploaded to the electronic tender box by the Closing Time will not be received nor considered. Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
