GC2018 Village and Venues Linen and Laundry Services

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Information (RFI) has been initiated to better understand the supply market in relation to hire and/or purchase of key commodities required to ensure a great games.

The Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC) has a large and varied requirement for linen and laundry service associated with the delivery of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games™ (GC2018). GOLDOC desire an efficiently managed and cost effective linen and laundry service for the fulfilment of this RFI. “Part 2a - Pricing Schedule” of this RFI has been tailored to allow for Respondents to provide pricing based on GOLDOC advised linen and towel volumes and Commonwealth Games Village (CGV) par levels, however, Respondents may also provide pricing based on a model that they feel is more appropriate and that would provide additional value to GOLDOC by way of either improved service delivery and/or financial savings.
