This quotation is for the sale of three (3) cabins located at Pottsville South Holiday Park. The cabins are identified by a numbered plaque located on the rear external wall of each cabin. Cabins are to be sold on a as is, where is basis. The successful purchaser(s) will provide a crane to lift and place cabin(s) on the successful purchaser(s) truck(s) for removal from Pottsville South Holiday Park. The successful purchaser(s) are to provide an appropriate sized truck(s) and obtain all necessary regulatory Transport Permits to safely transport the cabin(s) to their destination point. The successful purchaser(s) will be required to have a crane and transport vehicle(s) available between 4 May 2016 and 11 May 2016. The successful purchaser(s) are to liaise with the nominated Tweed Coast Holiday Parks Officer prior to the 29 April 2016 to coordinate loading arrangements. Cabin dimensions, an inventory of inclusive items and typical profile photographs of the cabins are included as an appendix to this document.
