Tender Description
Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced artists who work with ceramics to design and install a public artwork within the foyer area of a new community space.
The site of the art project is known as 1-5 Little Street, Lane Cove. A multi-storey mixed use building is under construction on the site. The building comprises a public car park with 2 levels of retail/ community space and 58 residential units above. Public art is required for the community foyer space on ground level.
If successfully engaged, the artist would be required to develop the artwork in close consultation with Artscape (Public Art Consultant) and Lane Cove Council representatives, from design through to installation.

Council's target date for installation is no later than 30 September 2016.
Submissions close Thursday 7th April 2016.
