Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cloncurry Shire Council is currently upgrading its recreation facility. The upgrade includes lighting and electrical, a new ball sport field and a subsoil irrigation system. Council has determined that a kiosk and amenities building is required to cater for the new field. This is due to the existing kiosk facility being located too far away, at the other end of the Recreation Ground. There currently is an existing ablution block in the vicinity of the field, Council have elected to keep the existing ablution block and build the new facility around it.

The project will consist of two main elements, renovation of existing ablution block and new facilities.

The ablution block will be upgraded to include disabled toilet and wash amenities, removal of wash facilities in both male and female to make each dedicated toilets.

The new facility will expand on the existing structure and include dedicated wash/change rooms, team/Council storage area and a kiosk. The wash/change rooms are such that they can be used as a both male and female or home and away, as events require.
