Council wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor or supplier to supply traffic signal lanterns, posts and components for the Barracks Flat Dr & Cooma St intersection upgrade.

The construction contract for the Barracks Flat Dr & Cooma St intersection upgrade is currently advertised for tender and will close 30 March 2016. Construction is expected to commence early May. The project will upgrade the existing uncontrolled intersection to a signalised intersection however due to funding deadlines the works must be completed promptly. To facilitate the time restrictions and reduce delay risks, Council is wanting to order the traffic signals and components prior to construction commencing.
