⁠⁠⁠The Pharmacy Guild of AustraliaThe Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) is seeking service provider/s to provide "Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) Assessment Services".

QCPP currently oversees the assessment and accreditation process of over five thousand pharmacies nationally. We are seeking to continually increase pharmacy satisfaction levels and drive a more outcomes focused approach. This includes improving the management and delivery of our QCPP Assessment Services.

The successful service provider/s will provide:
1. Efficient and effective pharmacy assessment processes that are facilitated through the QCPP Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and associated dashboard.
2. QCPP assessments undertaken in accordance with QCPP Program, Assessment Rules and Requirements.
3. QCPP assessments undertaken within the principles of impartiality and in accordance with JASANZ requirements (ISO 17065 Conformity Assessment, Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services and JASANZ accreditation manual).
4. Industry satisfaction with assessment services and reaccreditation processes.
5. Achievement of all key result areas and key performance indicators as listed and agreed in the Conditions of Contract (Draft Contract).
6. Report as agreed between the Guild and the service provider. This may include reporting to a Management Committee, depending on the size and complexity of the service provider.

Closing Date and Timt: Tenders close at 2.00pm AEST on Thursday 21 April 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.

The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
