Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cessnock City Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced contractors for the refurbishment of Lomas Lane Bridge Refurbishment, Lomas Lane Nulkaba. Contractors should have proven experience in bridge design & construction and the ability to manage the safety and environmental issues associated with working over a wet invert creek.

Lomas Lane Bridge is a timber girder type bridge, consisting of a single of 12.0 m span. The maximum width of the structure is 5 m.

Due to deterioration of the bridge it has been scheduled for refurbishment. Alternate offers of replacement will also be considered.
