Aerial and Terrestrial Surveying Services

⁠⁠⁠Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide aerial and terrestrial survey data acquisition and processing services in support of Company Operations.

Scope of work to include:

Aerial Capture
* Acquire and provide high resolution overlapping georeferenced orthorectified aerial digital imagery over areas of interest.
  * The image capture specifications covering resolution and vertical and horizontal accuracy will be defined in individual Work Requests.
* Provision of 3D terrain definition using aerial/remote sensing methodologies to produce Digital Elevation Models (DEM) to enable comparison to other surveys.
  * Must be able to provide both the Digital Surface Model(DSM) and Digital Terrain Model(DTM);
  * Can be acquired via photogrammetry, LiDAR, or other technologies to develop results comparable to past, current and future acquisitions.
* Company may require Contractor to acquire other remotely sensed information such as multi spectral, hyperspectral, thermal and light intensity data.
* Ability to provide a range of satellite imagery in quick response to support Emergency Response requirements.
* Provision of scope specific technical reports including calibration, processing, control and metadata.
* Provision of all raw captured data as per Company specifications.
* Provide capabilities for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) survey, in line with Company and Australian aviation standards

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technical Services
* Company may require the provision of specialised GIS services deriving GIS products from aerial and terrestrial capture including surface generation, contours, volumes, land classification, change detection.
* Geometric correction and orthorectification of imagery.
* Radiometric correction, calibration and processing (including pan-sharpening, colour balancing) of imagery for consistency between acquisitions. Enabling comparison to existing Company products.
* Where required georeference and colour balance historical aerial photographs supplied by Company in either hard copy or electronic format.
* Hardcopy and digital output in Company specified format including Company naming standards
* Spatial data management.
* Cartographic map production.
* Production, visualisation and fly through of spatial datasets in 3D models.
* Feature extraction, image interpretation including integration with existing datasets (aerial imagery, LIDAR).

Terrestrial Surveying
* Provision of survey to engineering specifications.
* Terrestrial Laser scanning.
* Instruction of ground control stations necessary for airborne captures including geometric and radiometric controls.
* Potential establishment of survey controls and GPS base stations to support aerial survey
